I've heard people say that removing sanctions is the West's negotiating tactic. But it seems to me that Russia under Putin has proven to be a bad actor and should be shunned from the world's community. Not invading another country is a low bar, and they have made their statement. I think no one should do business there, and all assets should be frozen. They should join North Korea as cut off from the West. Let them become a vassal state of China.
