Ginny for the Win!!!
Don't refer to cruelty-free Thanksgiving dishes as the "healthy alternative." People know plants are good for you. They need two know they are yummy & celebratory! -from Ginny Messina, @TheVeganRD
This reminds me of the most recent post on havegonevegan's blog that I read yesterday. Here is an excerpt (not that it's a long read or anything):
"...maybe what vegans need to become better known for is what we say yes to. Instead of being equated with deprivation and restriction, veganism might expand more if it was associated with something that's joyful and celebratory.
Maybe we need to become less No people and more Yes people. Maybe being vegan, and even veganism itself, needs to be more fun. And maybe we need to embrace and recreate a truly inclusive veganism that better reflects that."

I have to admit that was the first time I think I've ever seen "fun" and "vegan" in the same sentence. :)
